We use an OPTALIGN PLUS Series to analyze alignment. This helps our customers save time and reduce unplanned machinery breakdown.

Vibration Analysis

Using a vibration analyzer, we can pinpoint the causes of rough machinery condition. Such problems as rotor imbalance and misalignment make up a great proportion of mechanical deficiencies and can be identified and rectified. We will detect other problems such as bearing wear and the severity of wear. In many instances, a we can create an historical case study in order to prognose the remaining life of bearings so that scheduled repairs can be prioritized.

Laser Alignment

Laser-alignment complements our machinery vibration analysis and balancing services. When practical, baseline vibration data are recorded from machinery following alignment. Tables listing vibration values, and vibration spectra are included in our written report. This report also documents the as-found and as-left alignment values, and the shim changes and horizontal moves at each machinery foot.

Dynamic Balancing

An integral part of our company's operation is its ability to offer a comprehensive balancing service for rotating equipment. We balance equipment varying in weight from 100 pounds to 6 ton. Much larger equipment can be balanced on site, as required.
